




**About the role** The team leader coordinates, controls and follows up on warehouse activities at the following levels, being ultimately responsible for shift results/performance and employee development within the shift, and acts as the interface between operations and personnel. Must take business interests into account. Provides leadership and coaching to the team. If this sounds like you, we would love to talk. **Job Responsibilities** * Serve as a role model for safety * Ensure the team works according to standards (Safety, Quality, HMEx, etc.) * Ensure correct deliveries to production lines, without stoppages, with correct quality and proper management of production waste. * Ensure the correct level of empty pallets to secure correct deliveries to production lines, without stoppages and with correct quality. * Ensure daily operational support and technical knowledge regarding pallets as needed by the warehouse. * Monitor warehouse performance results to implement improvements and cost savings. * Optimize warehouse resources (rented warehouses, forklifts, etc.) * Act as the contact person for incident management (safety, quality, environment) and disciplinary processes. * Share knowledge and ensure knowledge transfer within the team.
