CLEANING STAFF

Description

We are seeking a cleaning operator to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in residential communities and parking facilities. Previous experience in similar tasks, responsibility, autonomy, and service quality orientation are required. A valid driving license B and personal vehicle are mandatory for traveling between work sites. An indefinite-term part-time contract of 18 hours and 45 minutes per week is offered, with morning or afternoon shifts according to agreement with the company. Gross monthly remuneration is €703 (12 payments), with travel expenses reimbursed separately. Work will primarily take place in Vilanova i la Geltrú, with services also provided in Sant Pere de Ribes, Cunit, and El Vendrell. \- Performing staircase cleaning tasks, including sweeping and mopping. \- Cleaning and maintaining lobbies and other common areas within residential communities. \- Cleaning glass on building entrance doors. \- Cleaning and maintaining mailboxes. \- Cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the cleaning storage room. \- Completing the corresponding service delivery notes. * 12 months of experience. Prior experience in cleaning residential communities, buildings, or similar facilities. * Competencies / knowledge: \- Valid driving license B and personal vehicle for traveling between various work sites \- Prior experience in cleaning residential communities, buildings, or similar facilities \- Responsible, organized individual capable of working autonomously \- Punctuality, commitment, and service quality orientation \- Availability to travel, primarily to Vilanova i la Geltrú, and also to Sant Pere de Ribes, Cunit, and El Vendrell \- Sufficient knowledge of Catalan and/or Spanish to follow instructions and communicate with the company * Personal vehicle availability * Driving license: B * Indefinite-term employment contract * Part-time schedule (19 hours \- weekly working time) * Gross monthly salary: €703 * Additional relevant information: An indefinite-term part-time contract of 18 hours and 45 minutes per week is offered. Remuneration is €703 gross per month, paid in 12 installments. The stated amount corresponds to the established working hours. The distribution of workdays and working hours will be agreed upon mutually with the company. Working hour organization will adapt to service requirements. Travel expenses arising from work activities will be reimbursed separately from the salary.
