We are currently looking for Kitchen Assistants for various departments in our Unit. If you have a passion for efficiency, quality, and teamwork, this is the opportunity for you! As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be assigned to a department such as Cafeteria, Butchery, Bakery, Produce, Halal Kitchen (and more!). Your role will be diverse, depending on the department you work in. Your responsibilities may include: Assisting in the preparation of department-specific foods, such as meat, fish, vegetables, cafeteria items, or halal products. This includes cutting, slicing, and portioning ingredients according to provided recipes and guidelines Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming ingredients and supplies, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards Properly labeling and organizing items in designated storage areas, such as refrigerators, freezers, and dry storage Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to ensure a hygienic and safe environment Following standardized recipes and portioning guidelines to ensure consistency in food preparation Maintaining a clean and organized work environment at all times. Regularly disinfecting work surfaces, equipment, and utensils to comply with health and safety regulations Collaborating with other kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and fellow kitchen assistants, to ensure smooth operations and timely meal preparation Position type: Full-time, Permanent contract Salary: 3,000.00€-4,000.00€ per month Benefits: * Meals provided at the company * Housing allowance * Free parking Work location: On-site
