Job Summary: We are seeking Restaurant Chefs specializing in Japanese cuisine, passionate about gastronomy, to prepare high-quality dishes reflecting our culinary philosophy. Key Highlights: 1. Passion for gastronomy and customer service We are looking for Restaurant Chefs specializing in Japanese cuisine, passionate about cooking, with experience in the foodservice industry and solid knowledge of Japanese gastronomy. Your role will be to prepare high-quality dishes reflecting our Japanese culinary philosophy; we offer a stable project, permanent contract, and excellent working conditions at our restaurant in Sabadell. Prepare work areas for service Transport necessary tools and equipment for service Receive, clean, and cut fish (tuna, sea bream, salmon, etc.) Adhere to technical production sheets and development specifications for each dish Ensure the kitchen complies with all hygiene, cleanliness, and organization requirements Plan, execute, and develop full service preparation (mise en place) across all stations Verify that all portion weights, quality standards, departmental regulations, policies, and procedures are consistently maintained by all kitchen staff Responsibly receive, inspect, supervise, and distribute goods delivered by suppliers Ensure all received products are stored at their appropriate temperatures * Minimum 1 year of experience. Extensive experience in Japanese cuisine (1–2 years), preferably in prestigious restaurants. Solid knowledge of sushi preparation, fish handling, cleaning, and cutting techniques. Ability to work collaboratively in a team. Ability to work under pressure. Passion for gastronomy and customer service.
