Experience in exports (issuance of certificates, coordination with health authorities, etc.) will be highly valued. Experience with design tools will be highly valued. Experience in tax settlement and accounting will be highly valued. The main responsibilities include, among others: 1\) Preparation of delivery notes and invoices using the company's management system. 2\) Collection management. 3\) Labels. 4\) Answering phone calls. 5\) Contacting transport agencies for order tracking. 6\) Handling customer complaints. 7\) Supporting the sales team in various unexpected tasks as they arise. 8\) Updating customers on the status of their orders. 9\) Monitoring office and warehouse supplies stock levels.
