**Description:** ---------------- Grup Carles collaborates with a food industry company in the Martorell area to incorporate a person responsible for general management, strategic and commercial restructuring, and business development. If you are an experienced professional in management and leadership roles within SMEs and are motivated to become part of a project with high growth potential within a well-established company in its sector, keep reading! **What will you do on a daily basis?** * As general manager, you will participate in defining and executing the company's strategic objectives in alignment with the strategic plan approved by the board of directors. * Ensure achievement of results and profitability within defined budget limits and according to the established strategic plan. * Collaborate in directing and supervising all organizational areas: sales, production, logistics, finance, etc. * Analyze and monitor annual accounts and treasury. * Control the company's financial risks. * Define purchasing policy and commercial strategy, as well as analyze new potential markets and develop new sales channels. * Manage business relationships with the company's clients. * Monitor expenses and ensure achievement of financial targets. * Prepare reports and presentations for the board of directors. * Select, manage, and motivate the team. **What can we offer you?** * A position of responsibility within a leading company in the sector.
