Job Summary: We are seeking a store supervisor for one of our stores, with experience in customer service, product management, and team coordination, promoting a positive work environment. Communicative and embodying the company's core values. We are looking for a store supervisor for one of our stores in **Terrassa**, as the current supervisor is retiring. We are the Avicola Serlluis Group, located in Terrassa, where we operate 5 stores and employ over 40 people who strive daily to deliver the best products and service to our customers. Our company was founded in 2011, when we decided to grow independently by launching our own brand after many years of experience in the sector. Our stores offer a wide variety of products, most notably meat, cured meats, and prepared dishes. We look forward to welcoming you to our team! **Contract:** Permanent, 40 hours/week **Schedule:** Monday to Sunday Monday to Friday with continuous shifts: some days morning (7:45 AM–3:00 PM), others afternoon (2:15 PM–9:30 PM); alternating weekends (one weekend working, the next off). **Requirements:** Minimum three years of experience as a store supervisor and sales assistant. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate tasks * Serve customers * Receive and stock products * Process customer payments * Maintain workplace cleanliness **We seek a person who communicates effectively, exemplifies our core values, fosters a harmonious work environment, and motivates their team.** Work Location: On-site employment
