Join the ELIM HOME Visual Merchandising & Window Dressing team! At ELIM HOME, we are looking for a creative individual eager to learn and grow, to join our Visual Merchandising and Window Dressing team. We do not necessarily require extensive experience. What we value most is your attitude, creativity, interest in decoration and design, and enthusiasm for becoming part of a team that pays attention to every detail. What will be your mission? Bring our retail spaces to life by creating inspiring window displays and environments that convey the essence of ELIM HOME and deliver a unique experience to our customers. What will you do on a daily basis? * Contribute creative ideas aligned with the brand’s identity and style. * Design and install window displays according to new arrivals, campaigns, trends, and seasons. * Create decorative compositions and environments both in windows and inside the store. * Renew and maintain structural elements of window displays. * Adapt displays and decoration upon arrival of new products. * Participate in the design and assembly of display furniture. * Install and maintain lighting elements (lamps, light strips, and other supports). * Label products and coordinate placement of signage. * Keep spaces consistently well-maintained, restocking sold items and inspecting display conditions. * Take photographic and audiovisual records of installations. * Care for decorative elements, including flowers, textiles, and other details completing the ambiance. * Collaborate with the team on special campaigns, adapting schedules when necessary.
