Your Responsibilities ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT * Achieve the sales target set forth in Olympus Iberia’s Commercial Plan. * Promote OLYMPUS products in the assigned territory. * Provide customer support and manage all incidents related to daily operational activities. * Prepare quotations for customers and develop proposals. * Assist with customer collections: handling claims, payment terms, invoicing, etc., in accordance with internal policies established across the organization. * Prepare and submit required documentation for public tenders. * Attend live interventions to conduct product demonstrations (Operation Patient Demonstration). * Deliver customer training courses in coordination with Technical Service personnel. ATTENDANCE AT CONFERENCES AND MEETINGS * Attend conferences (scientific meetings) or any other events aimed at promoting and raising awareness of OLYMPUS product features. * Participate in divisional/business-line sales meetings where your presence is required. * Conduct product technical training courses at the Central European Headquarters, as well as those organized by Olympus Iberia. DAILY ACTIVITY MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING * Monitor and report daily activities using the CRM tool to ensure achievement of defined objectives, track sales performance, and identify business opportunities. Your qualifications * Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Biology, Pharmacy, or Bioengineering. * Preferably 3\-5 years of experience in a similar role. * Intermediate\-to\-advanced level of English.
