Job Posting Location: Rubí, Barcelona, Spain Functional Area: Production Working Model: Onsite Requisition ID: 9531 We are seeking a Production Manager CAPS for the Parenteral Nutrition Manufacturing Unit of B. Braun Medical, S.A.U., located in Rubí, reporting to the CAPS Plant Manager. Responsibilities * Supervise the manufacturing and packaging of parenteral nutrition mixtures in compliance with GMP, ISO, and internal guidelines. * Plan production and ensure adherence to the established production schedule. * Lead and optimize production operations, ensuring safety, quality, cost-efficiency, on-time delivery, and team development, while promoting continuous improvement. * Manage and review production documentation: specifications, SOPs, CAPAs, OOS, change controls, deviations, validations, reports, product masters, qualifications, and calibrations. * Supervise the proper review, organization, and traceability of manufacturing instructions and pre-release reports for finished products. * Coordinate the team responsible for preparation, filling, packaging, and management of raw materials and auxiliary materials. * Maintain up-to-date master data in the enterprise resource planning system. * Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers regarding cleaning, facility maintenance, equipment calibration, and requalification activities. * Collaborate with SCM on inventory management, consumption tracking, order monitoring, and control of alternative products. * Cooperate with Quality and Regulatory Affairs in investigations related to complaints, deviations, and pharmacovigilance tasks. * Coordinate environmental monitoring of production equipment and cleanrooms. * Manage departmental staff training and ensure associated documentation compliance. Integrate occupational health and safety risk prevention and environmental protection into area activities, maintaining updated SIG actions and collaborating with the relevant department on incident management and corrective actions. Requirements * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy. Degrees in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Biology will also be considered, provided candidates hold complementary postgraduate or Master’s qualifications with specific knowledge of pharmaceutical production environments. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role. * Advanced level of English. * Knowledge of GMP regulations. * Experience in production environments. * Experience in team management. * Familiarity with SAP.
