We are currently seeking a dynamic, organized, and socially committed individual to join us as an **HR Administrator**. If you are passionate about people, administrative management, and wish to develop professionally within an HR team, **we want to meet you!**
Main responsibilities
* Manage attendance records for staff at the Sabadell facility, including onboarding, offboarding, and updating profiles on the time-tracking platform.
* Support onboarding of new hires and HR and Occupational Risk Prevention training sessions.
* Assist in managing and controlling PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and work uniforms.
* Manage assignment and release of staff lockers.
* Monitor and maintain documentation for the People & Values Department.
* Enter and update data in departmental databases.
* Manage physical and digital archives of documentation.
* Provide administrative support for various personnel management processes.
Requirements
**Qualification:** Intermediate Vocational Training Cycle in **Administrative Management**, or Advanced Vocational Training Cycle in **Administration and Finance**.
Minimum of **1 year of hands-on experience performing similar administrative duties**.
Experience in HR departments will be valued, as well as familiarity with and use of HR and process management platforms such as Factorial, JIRA, NetTime, or similar tools.
