Analysis of tender documents, supplier management, and process monitoring We are looking for a candidate to prepare and develop technical and economic proposals for public and private tenders and bids. The main responsibility will be to ensure timely and proper submission of these proposals, aiming to secure contracts for construction projects that meet the client’s highest technical requirements and deliver competitiveness and real value to the company. Candidates should be solution-oriented, innovative, and analytical, with initiative. They must combine strong planning and organizational skills with an effective working method and proactivity, and must be able to operate with a high degree of autonomy, responsibility, and commitment. Tasks include detailed analysis of tender documents and project specifications, soliciting quotations from suppliers, developing economic proposals with itemized cost breakdowns, reviewing and preparing technical documentation, and rigorously monitoring the entire submission process. A degree in Technical Architecture or Engineering is required, along with 3–5 years of prior experience in similar roles as a study technician. Direct experience on construction sites is considered an advantage. The contract is permanent and full-time, with remuneration ranging from €3000 to €3300.
