Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to control and monitor construction projects awarded through public tenders for a multi-service company. Key Highlights: 1. Control and monitoring of public tender construction projects We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect to join a team at a multi-service company. The selected candidate will be responsible for controlling and monitoring construction projects awarded through public tenders. A minimum of five years of verifiable professional experience in a similar position is required. In addition, relevant academic qualifications and valid professional documentation are mandatory to perform the duties. An indefinite-term employment contract is offered, with a part-time working schedule of 20 hours per week, specifically during morning hours. The professional category and salary will be determined according to the applicable collective agreement, equivalent to the category of Draftsperson. Annual remuneration will be paid in 12 installments, including pro-rated extraordinary payments. **Experience:** Minimum of 60 months **Educational Level:** University Diploma **Regulated Education:** TECHNICAL ARCHITECT BACHELOR'S DEGREE in Technical Architecture
