KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage and issue national and international invoices arising from freight transport. * Control delivery notes and verify services provided by carriers and partners. * Manage specific billing for export and import traffic (Customs Declaration, transit procedures, etc.). * Validate supplier invoices and resolve discrepancies regarding agreed rates. * Monitor operational costs of the branch and analyze budget variances. * Support monthly closings by providing non-invoiced revenues and expenses. * Track collections and manage overdue accounts to ensure cash flow. * Prepare profitability reports per route, customer, or service type (KPIs). * Enter data into the corporate ERP system and maintain customer databases. * Verify compliance with tax and customs regulations in commercial documentation. * Coordinate with the commercial department to update rates and terms. * Provide administrative support during internal and external audits of the branch. **WHAT YOU BRING** ------------------ REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 2 years’ experience in Billing / Controlling / Administration * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, databases) * Intermediate-level English; French or German is an advantage * SAP experience is desirable * Reporting to the Billing Manager / Management RHENUS OVERLAND SPAIN is an equal opportunity employer.
