Opportunity for long-term employment Grupo Mimara is currently recruiting gerocultural caregivers to join our multidisciplinary team at our elderly care center located in El Pla de Santa Maria: Responsibilities: \- Support the interdisciplinary team in the reception and onboarding of new residents, assisting in developing and monitoring individualized care plans. \- Carry out scheduled interventions aimed at supporting residents’ basic daily activities. \- Collaborate in planning, organizing, and implementing preventive, occupational, and recreational activities. \- Maintain residents’ personal hygiene. Clean the first-aid kit and its contents, as well as medical and caregiving equipment. \- Provide and administer food, facilitating ingestion where necessary. \- Perform postural changes and other auxiliary services according to technical training. \- Accompany, supervise, and support residents during transfers. \- Collaborate with healthcare staff in medication administration. \- Provide support in caring for residents with catheters and colostomies, as well as in syringe-fed nutrition, under nursing supervision. \- Stimulate residents’ communication and promote their daily functioning and social integration. \- Participate in integrating residents’ families into center life. Report any health-related incidents concerning residents. \- Observe and record in the incident log any physical or behavioral changes. Requirements: \- Technical qualification in Care for Dependent Persons or Technical qualification in Nursing Assistant Care, or the Professional Certification in Socio-Healthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions. \- Prior experience in a similar position is valued. \- Availability for full-time work. \- Vocation for caring for elderly people, ability to work in a team, and strong communication skills.
