If you seek a role with direct impact on industrial digital transformation—leading key manufacturing initiatives and building internal capabilities in an international environment—this opportunity is for you! **WHAT YOU WILL BRING** -------------------- The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation, evolution, and scalability of the MES platform, serving as the internal technical reference and leading the creation of the **MES Centre of Excellence (COE)**. You will join the IT team, reporting to the **EMEA Regional Apps Director**, and collaborate closely with operations, SAP, infrastructure, and external partners. Your contribution will be critical to digitizing production processes and improving operational efficiency across all manufacturing sites. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** ------------------------------------- ### **MES Strategy & COE** * Lead the global evolution of the MES platform (TrakSYS). * Build and develop the MES Centre of Excellence (COE). * Define standards, architectures, and templates to facilitate scalable deployment. * Contribute to the strategic roadmap for digital manufacturing. ### **Implementation & Industrial Go-To-Market** * Lead TrakSYS deployment in Tangier (Project Phoenix) and subsequent plants. * Serve as the primary technical liaison with PARSEC and other partners. * Translate operational requirements into functional and technical configurations. * Coordinate validation activities and ensure correct end-to-end data flow. ### **Platform & Integrations** * Manage TrakSYS configuration, administration, and governance. * Design and oversee integrations with SAP S/4HANA (PP/EWM), industrial connectivity systems (KEPware/OPC UA), and tools such as BarTender or Okta. * Ensure platform availability, stability, and performance. ### **Performance & Continuous Improvement** * Monitor key KPIs (OEE, production compliance, integration uptime). * Identify data-driven improvement opportunities. * Empower plant teams through training and knowledge transfer. * Manage technology vendors, ensuring quality and compliance. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR** ------------------- ### **Education** * University degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Automation, or related fields. ### **Experience** * 5–8 years of experience in MES systems, industrial automation, or manufacturing IT. * Experience with **TrakSYS (PARSEC)** is highly valued. * Alternatively, experience with similar platforms (Ignition, Wonderware, Aveva, Tulip, etc.). * Experience in MES-ERP integrations (SAP preferred). * Knowledge of industrial protocols (OPC UA, EUROMAP, Modbus, or similar). ### **Competencies** * Solid understanding of MES architecture, OEE, and production processes. * Autonomous profile with strong decision-making capability in complex environments. * Excellent cross-functional communication skills. * Analytical mindset focused on problem solving. * Ability to manage vendors and multicultural environments. * Strategic vision oriented toward scalability and standardization. ### **Technical Knowledge** * TrakSYS (desirable) * SAP S/4HANA (PP / EWM) * KEPware, OPC UA * SQL Server and basic scripting * Project management tools ### **Languages** * Spanish: Native / C2 * English: Advanced (B2–C1) **WHAT WE OFFER** -------------------- * Opportunity to lead manufacturing digital transformation in a global company. * Participation in high-impact strategic projects such as Project Phoenix. * Professional development in an international and technology-driven environment. * Hybrid work model per corporate policy. * Competitive compensation and benefits package. * Growth trajectory with team leadership (COE). **ABOUT FLUIDRA** ----------------- Fluidra is a global leader in the swimming pool and wellness sector, committed to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions that enhance water-related experiences.
