Job Responsibilities: * Operate as the operational coordinator for project implementation, monitoring the schedule, milestones, deliverables, and agreements established with participating institutions. * Organize, prepare for, and follow up on strategic meetings, coordination sessions, and other project-related working spaces. * Facilitate routine communication and coordination among Loyola University Andalusia, participating African universities, and other stakeholders involved in project development. * Support the design, organization, and monitoring of training activities, exchange of best practices, and capacity-building initiatives outlined in the project. * Support the process of designing, launching, and monitoring entrepreneurship hubs established at participating African universities. * Assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing technical project documentation—including progress reports, working materials, minutes, presentations, and supporting documents. * Collaborate in project monitoring and evaluation tasks—including collection and systematization of relevant information for tracking outcomes. * Support communication, visibility, and dissemination activities planned under the project. * The project’s international, multicentric, and intercultural nature requires a candidate with high adaptability.
