We are seeking a butcher to work in a supermarket in Seville. Main responsibilities include attending to and advising customers, as well as cutting, deboning, preparing, packaging, and displaying meat products. You will also prepare processed and prepared items, restock and maintain an orderly counter, and manage inventory, expiry dates, traceability, and product storage. Other responsibilities include managing orders, forecasting requirements, comparing prices and conditions with suppliers, receiving and inspecting deliveries, and monitoring losses. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the department, as well as complying with food safety regulations, is essential. Experience and knowledge in ham slicing, as well as holding a disability certificate, are particularly valued. This position offers a full-time indefinite employment contract, with working hours from Monday to Saturday, and a monthly salary of 1\.425 euros.
