The selected professional will be responsible for: * Daily organization and supervision of on-site work. * Coordination of in-house teams and subcontractors. * Planning of tasks and monitoring of productivity. * Execution control in accordance with drawings, measurements, and technical specifications. * Monitoring adherence to schedules and established deadlines. * Quality control of executed works. * Supervision of compliance with **Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)** regulations. * Material management, receipt, and supply control on site. * Periodic reporting to the Site Manager or Project Director. * Resolution of technical and organizational issues on site. * Preparation of daily reports and tracking documentation. Requirements * Prior experience as a Site Manager (experience in the energy sector, installations, photovoltaics, or wind energy is desirable). * **20-hour OHS training course** (second cycle) specific to the sector, with officially accredited certification. * Knowledge of drawing interpretation and execution control. * Leadership ability and team management skills. * Geographic availability for nationwide travel. * Valid Class B driver’s license.
