




Company Information Company \*\*\* Posted by ETT / HR Agency \*\*\* Job Description Vacant Position **Sales Assistant – Customer Support in Telecommunications** Location Rodalies Vic Region Osona Number of Positions 1 Category Sales Department Commercial Working Hours Monday to Saturday (rotating shifts), 9:30 AM–1:30 PM and 4:00 PM–8:00 PM Salary €11.83 gross/hour Contract Type Temporary Contract Duration 6 months, starting from 12/01/2026 Description The following responsibilities are required for this position: - Conducting in-person sales of products and services - Making telephone calls to finalize quotations - Managing contract signing processes in person, by phone, or via email, and sending contractual documentation where applicable. - Providing customer support to resolve any questions related to service subscriptions (in person, via email, or by phone) - Resolving incidents and performing basic administrative tasks such as router replacements, account cancellations, changes of account holders, mobile-related incidents, etc. - Managing store inventory, cash register control, and maintaining the store’s visual image - Ensuring implementation of promotional campaigns - Acting as the primary point of contact for customers to channel their requests and needs. Preferred Qualifications Requirements - Basic knowledge of technological tools - Proficiency in office software (Excel and Google Drive) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Fluency in Catalan and Spanish (spoken and written). Mandatory - Minimum 2 years of general professional experience, including at least 1 year specifically in this role. - A candidate with strong communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks, learn quickly, work collaboratively, build positive interpersonal relationships, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement. - We seek a committed, agile, persistent, and meticulous individual.
