We are looking for a technical profile experienced in logistics management systems to provide operational support to the logistics team and act as a key liaison with the IT department. Your main responsibility will be ensuring the proper functioning of warehouse systems and collaborating in resolving technical or process-related incidents. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide functional support to the logistics team in using systems and other operational management platforms. * Monitor and support the correct operation of **logistics automation systems.** * Identify, record, and resolve technical incidents in logistics systems and equipment. * Act as the contact point between the Logistics Department and the IT team to escalate and solve complex issues. * Collaborate in the configuration, testing, and implementation of improvements or updates to automated software/logistics systems. * Document procedures, frequent incidents, and applied solutions. * Support training and guidance for the operational team in the efficient use of systems. **Requirements** * Education in Logistics, Engineering, IT, or related fields. * Prior experience in logistics environments with **ERP usage** and WMS/SGA systems. * Knowledge of **logistics automation systems**, control of automated equipment, and warehouse workflows. * Ability to diagnose and resolve **technical incidents** in logistics equipment (hardware/software). * Proficiency with office tools (especially Excel) and incident management platforms. * Communication skills, teamwork, and user-oriented mindset. * Basic knowledge of programming languages, SQL, or SCADA platforms is desirable (not mandatory). **What do we offer?** * Join a dynamic and growing team. * Autonomy in managing your area with the support of a committed team. **If you're interested, we look forward to your application!** Job type: Full-time, Permanent contract Salary: €18,000.00-€25,000.00 per year Relocation possibility: * 41006 Seville, Seville province: Ability to commute to work without issues or plan relocation before starting work (Mandatory) Application questions: * Do you know how production lines work?
