Responsibilities include participation in Lean Manufacturing projects and other continuous improvement initiatives. It will be necessary to analyze key data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions. Support will also be provided in creating documentation, preparing reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure implementation of improvement plans. This position enables continuous learning and professional development in a changing sector, offering hands-on experience in an industrial setting. A university degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field is required. Prior experience in industrial environments and familiarity with methodologies such as Lean are desirable. Proficiency in office software—particularly Excel and PowerPoint—is essential for data analysis and presentation.
