SBS’s headquarters are located in Paris, France. **Job Description** * Act as mentor/leader for the team and reinforce organizational values and culture. * Leverage your deep technical expertise to contribute to product architectural design. * Contribute to defining the product roadmap and support end-to-end delivery of product releases and communication with various stakeholders. * Develop software products for banking and financial institutions using open, collaborative, non-hierarchical R&D teams that value contributions in alignment with agile principles. * Empower and encourage teams to continuously improve technology and processes. * Challenge and support engineering people and practices to enhance product quality. * Support product team governance to ensure solution quality and efficiency. **Qualifications** **Total Required Experience: 8–11 years** **Minimum Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience. * 8 years of experience delivering Java- and open-source-based solutions as an engineer, preferably within international organizations. * Practical experience with Spring, microservices architecture, and cloud computing. * Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on Agile methodology experience (ideally as a Scrum Master). * English B2/C1. * French minimum B1. **Preferred Qualifications** * Strong skills in data structures and algorithms, with experience in digital transformation and digital technologies. * Excellent communicator, capable of collaborating, building relationships, and supporting the achievement of the organization’s overall objectives. * Solid experience working with large-scale enterprise components. * Strong experience and understanding of working in an agile environment. * Good understanding of DevOps practices (CI/CD pipeline). * Self-motivated, able to take initiative and independently drive tasks to completion. * Prior experience in banking or financial services is a plus but not required. **Additional Information** We commit to respecting diversity, creating an inclusive workplace, and implementing policies that foster inclusion and promote social and cultural respect regarding gender, age, ability, sexual orientation, and religion—with equal opportunity for all.
