




### **Description** A leading industrial sector company is seeking to hire a Head of Operational Technologies: What will you do? * Ensure compliance with the short-, medium-, and long-term OT roadmap, aligned with digital strategy, energy efficiency goals, and operational resilience. * Govern the lifecycle of industrial solutions (SCADA, DCS, EMS, MES, WM, historians, etc.) with focus on performance, traceability, and cybersecurity. * Fully manage OT assets (CMDB, CI, etc.). * Drive industrial software management models (mid-life cycle): versioning, testing, validation, rollback, documentation, and governance. * Lead multidisciplinary teams and actively collaborate with internal departments (IT, Engineering, Production, Maintenance) and key technology partners. * Design and maintain secure, scalable, and connected OT infrastructures. * Ensure compliance with industrial cybersecurity regulations, including NIS2, ISA/IEC 62443, ISO 27001, and NIST. * Participate in digitalization projects, data initiatives, predictive maintenance, artificial intelligence applied to plant operations, and advanced analytics. * Standardize OT processes across plants, promoting global synergies and reducing technological complexity. What are we looking for? * Minimum of 10 years’ experience in industrial environments within the sector, in OT leadership or industrial automation roles. * University degree in Industrial Engineering, Automation, Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, or related fields. * Proven experience in OT solution governance, software lifecycle management, and coordination with IT, Engineering, and Production departments. * Solid knowledge of OT platforms (SCADA, DCS, EMS, MES, PLCs, historians, etc.) and industrial protocols (OPC\-UA, Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, etc.). * Technical expertise in OT infrastructures: industrial servers, segmented networks, redundancy, cybersecurity, and virtualization. * Fluent English (minimum C1), both spoken and written.
