At **We Are Social Madrid**, we are looking for a **Content Creator (Strategy \+ Execution)** to join one of our key accounts within the agency. But we’re not looking for a textbook candidate—we want someone who will surprise us! It doesn’t matter whether your background is in Art Direction, Copywriting, audiovisual production, Design, or Production. What truly matters is that you combine two essential things: strategic thinking to understand brand narrative and executional ability to bring ideas to life**. If you can identify insights, conceptualize, and swiftly and stylishly deliver that content to screen, this role is for you!** **Requirements** **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Create fresh, original, and 100% native concepts for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts that spark conversation and resonate with audiences. * Lose your inhibitions, grab your phone or camera, head outdoors, record vox pops, conduct surveys, or capture visual assets with impeccable aesthetic direction. * Write scripts, direct (or star in) videos, film, and edit final content using tools like CapCut or Premiere, adapting rhythm appropriately for each platform. * Stay up-to-date with algorithms, emerging formats, and trending audio to seize organic opportunities for client strategy. * Collaborate closely with Account, Research \& Insights, and Strategy teams to ensure creative ideas align with business objectives and optimize content performance. **What are we looking for?** * Ability to think through the "why" and "how" behind content—not just execute a brief. * We value profiles from Art Direction, Copywriting, Audiovisual Production, Interactive Communication, or other artistic disciplines. * Minimum 3 years in a similar creative role, either at an agency or in-house at a brand. * Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, or similar). * Excellent creative writing skills, capable of adapting tone for both video scripts and Instagram copy. * Natural instinct for spotting social media trends. * Advanced English proficiency. * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deliverables in dynamic environments. * Preferred: Prior experience or affinity with projects in entertainment, film, etc. Salary transparency At We Are Social, we take this seriously.
