At **Dia**, we aim to hire a dynamic individual for our Talent and Development Department, who will assume a key role in the **management, measurement, and optimization** of our training platforms. **What challenges await you?** * Support Moodle management: creating and managing online courses, enrolling students, providing support functions, configuring blocks, etc. * Create visual materials using digital tools such as isEazy, Articulate, Canva, or Kahoot! to conduct interactive assessments. * Develop reports in Moodle and collaborate on report generation based on data interpretation. * Support incident management with content providers and user support. * Collaborate in monitoring and tutoring participants according to FUNDAE criteria. * Support management of FUNDAE-subsidized training. * Provide student support: answering questions, resolving issues, maintaining motivation, and tracking progress. **What are we looking for in you?** * Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Teaching, or related field. * Knowledge of AI. * Master’s degree is desirable. * Familiarity with digital tools—such as isEazy, Articulate, Canva, Kahoot!, and Moodle—is desirable. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. **What do we offer you?** * Study allowance: €700 gross/month * Hybrid work arrangement. * Learning from top professionals. * Dynamic work environment. * Being part of one of the best companies for professional development, according to the Merco Talento University Ranking.
