A career development plan tailored to your goals and professional growth. #### **About the Java / Documentum Analyst Position** **We seek an official translator between people and systems.** We are looking for a professional experienced in Java J2EE environments and document management who enjoys analyzing applications, understanding processes, and defining solutions before development begins. Someone with a global vision, analytical capability, and technical judgment, and: * A university degree or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. * Minimum 5 years of experience in analysis, design, and development of projects based on J2EE technologies. * Experience working in document management environments. * Ability to produce high-quality functional and technical documentation. * Experience in testing, validation, and integration of applications. * Candidates who understand that a robust analysis phase can save weeks of work and prevent hundreds of future incidents will be especially valued. **What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?** Your mission will be to ensure applications evolve coherently, efficiently, and in alignment with business needs. Your key responsibilities will include: Analyzing new functional requirements and application enhancements. Participating in solution definition within Java J2EE environments and document management platforms. Overseeing maintenance and evolution of existing applications. Producing functional and technical documentation to facilitate collaboration across all involved teams. Designing, preparing, and executing tests to ensure the quality of implemented solutions. Coordinating validation activities with users and technical teams. Participating in integration processes between applications and corporate systems. Identifying improvements that enhance solution efficiency, stability, and sustainability.
