Backed by over 60,000 professionals across 55+ countries and a robust Nearshore model, we combine global capabilities with local trust to deliver real impact, sustainable growth, and high-value outcomes for our clients. **We are looking for: Generative AI Software Engineer (Azure / .NET / Python)** **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and develop software solutions focused on Artificial Intelligence and use cases leveraging generative models. * Implement backend components in .NET and services in Python to integrate AI capabilities. * Integrate applications with Azure OpenAI, managing prompts, orchestrating API calls, and processing responses. * Collaborate with architecture, product, and business teams to define scalable and maintainable technical solutions. * Develop and integrate cloud APIs and services following Clean Architecture principles and industry best practices. * Document solutions, technical decisions, and contribute to continuous improvement of team standards and practices. **Requirements:** **Mandatory:** * Prior experience developing software solutions with a focus on Artificial Intelligence. * Strong experience with .NET (preferably recent versions). * Experience developing with Python. * Experience integrating with Azure OpenAI. * Knowledge and application of Clean Architecture principles. * Experience developing APIs, backend services, and integration components. * Familiarity with development best practices: clean code, testing, version control, and code reviews. * Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. **Desirable:** * Experience with Azure AI Search (semantic search, indexing, and RAG architectures). * Knowledge or experience with Databricks. * Experience with frameworks or tools such as Google ADK or Microsoft Agent Framework. * Experience with RAG solutions, vectorization, embeddings, and document processing. * Knowledge of Azure cloud services related to AI, data, and integration. * Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and cloud deployment. **We Offer:** * Permanent contract with competitive salary. * Flexible working arrangements and remote work options. * Personalized career path and continuous learning opportunities. * Participation in stable, technically rich projects. * Flexible working hours and focus on work-life balance. * Social benefits tailored to your needs.
