Your Mission You will be responsible for ensuring the proper management, control, and traceability of all project documentation, guaranteeing that information remains up-to-date, well-organized, and accessible to various teams, in compliance with quality standards and established deadlines. What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like? Your responsibilities will include: * Managing, controlling, and organizing project documentation from inception, ensuring correct coding and archiving. * Tracking versions, revisions, and document statuses, ensuring traceability and change control. * Coordinating with various project teams to ensure proper receipt, distribution, and updating of information. * Monitoring compliance with document delivery deadlines and identifying deviations. * Optimizing document workflows and resolving issues related to information management. * Implementing internal document management procedures and supporting project reporting. * Maintaining the document management system (ACC, Aconex, SharePoint or others) up to date. What Are We Looking For? We seek a Quantity Surveyor or Architect with at least two years of experience and the ability to comprehensively manage projects.
