The mission of this position is to identify improvement opportunities across the organization and turn them into concrete solutions through automation, system integration, AI agents, and productivity tools. **Key Responsibilities** * Act as a catalyst for efficiency and innovation by eliminating manual tasks, optimizing workflows, and bringing the potential of Artificial Intelligence to all areas of the company. * Analyze processes and workflows across different departments to identify opportunities for automation and improvement. * Design, develop, and implement Artificial Intelligence-based solutions to address real operational needs. * Build AI agents, virtual assistants, RAG systems, and document processing tools. * Create internal applications and dashboards that enable users to interact simply with new technological solutions. * Design and implement integrations between systems using APIs, Webhooks, and automation platforms. * Develop scripts and automations that optimize operational processes and reduce manual tasks. * Collaborate with non-technical teams to understand their needs and translate them into concrete solutions. **Requirements** * Experience developing automations, integrations, or business technology solutions. * Advanced proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and data processing. * Experience working with REST APIs, Webhooks, and system integrations. * Practical knowledge of automation tools such as N8N, Make, Zapier, or similar. * Experience using AI tools for development and process automation. * Knowledge of SQL and relational databases. * Ability to design end-to-end solutions, from problem identification to implementation. * Excellent communication skills with users and non-technical teams. ##### **About Us** At Auravant, we believe technology is the engine of change in the world.
