To further drive this growth, we are looking to bring on board a **Recruitment Specialist** who wants to be part of a solid, human-centered, and rapidly expanding project. **Your Mission** You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for our stores and offices, ensuring an outstanding experience for both candidates and internal hiring managers. Your work will have a direct impact on the quality of our teams and the evolution of our brand. **Key Responsibilities** * End-to-end management of recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviews, feedback, closing). * Direct collaboration with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and hiring needs. * Conducting telephone, in-person, and video interviews. * Coordinating group exercises and assessment centers when required. * Managing and updating the candidate database. * Proposing improvements to recruitment processes and candidate experience. * Tracking recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, quality of hire). **Requirements** * Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, People Management, or related field. * Prior experience in recruitment, preferably in retail or high-volume environments. * Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. * Strong communication skills, active listening, and a personable approach. * Proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS). * Preferred: Portuguese language skills and/or experience in multinational environments. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle **What We Offer** * Integration into a dynamic, collaborative, and people-oriented team. * Real growth opportunities within an expanding company. * Continuous training and support from day one. * Exclusive discounts on hôma products after completion of the probationary period. * Permanent contract with a 6-month probationary period and a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 * Central office location at Islazul Shopping Centre (Madrid) * Hôma Benefits
