Therefore, we are seeking **a PHYSICIAN** for the GUTTMAN center located in **Barcelona \- Badalona.** **WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?** In this role, your primary objective will be managing the healthcare team and validating results to ensure service quality. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?** **Management Area** * Manage and coordinate the laboratory’s technical team. * Ensure adherence to result delivery deadlines. * Supervise and optimize laboratory stock and material management. **Healthcare Area** * Validate analytical results according to established standards. * Promote continuous review and improvement of technical and analytical processes within the department. **Quality Area** * Manage and resolve service incidents. * Ensure the quality and reliability of issued results. **Teaching and Scientific Area** * Mentor students during internships. * Promote and ensure continuous updating of training for the technical and physician teams. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?** * Hold a degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field. * Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a physician in an emergency laboratory. * A Master’s degree in Clinical Analysis will be considered an asset. * Prior experience in team management and coordination will be valued. * We envision an organized, proactive, results-oriented individual with strong communication skills. **WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?** * Part-time morning shift of 30 hours per week. * Opportunity to join a growing international project. * Innovative environment within the healthcare sector. * Social benefits. **WHY JOIN CERBA?** Because here, **your work has real impact**: you directly contribute to improving people’s lives through diagnosis and prevention. **WOULD YOU LIKE TO JOIN THIS PROJECT?** If you’ve read this far… you’re likely who we’re looking for.
