Receiving Assistant

Description

As part of the Hypermarket team, your mission will be to provide excellent customer service by ensuring control and registration of all goods entering and leaving the hypermarket through the goods receiving area, in accordance with instructions from the Receiving Manager. Ensure compliance with internal procedures to protect Alcampo’s property and rights, as well as its obligations toward third parties. Key responsibilities: * Verify goods to ensure compliance with quality regulations, guaranteeing traceability, date control, weight verification, and condition assessment. * Apply seals and complete receiving labels. * Register received quantities in the system. * Prepare receiving reports, detailing any incidents and ensuring accurate recording and signatures. * Maintain daily organization and classification of documentation generated by receiving for subsequent archiving in accounting—both sales orders and general expense orders. * Guarantee control, review, and registration of outgoing goods and general expense orders. * Complete and archive cleaning schedules for both the PF returns cold room and the receiving area. * Manage and keep up-to-date all documentation required for Sanitation and ISO inspections. * Review and monitor daily demarcation and breakage across all markets, identifying anomalies related to volume or recurrence. * Manage and control organic and non-organic waste. * Handle storage and removal of compactors, pallets, plastic boxes, and waste. * Monitor RAEs (Residuos de Aparatos Eléctricos y Electrónicos) and their collection. * Ensure proper organization, order, and cleanliness of common warehouse areas. * Perform unloading tasks for trucks carrying designated goods or those mandated by regulation. * Ensure proper calibration of the PF receiving scale for correct operation. * Control and execute daily pallet movement to store. * Monitor pedestrian and vehicle traffic on the loading dock. * Act in alignment with the company’s project and strategy. We would love to meet you if you are passionate about retail, fresh products, and people—and if you possess: * Vocational training (Medium or Higher Level) in Transport and Logistics. * Minimum one year of prior experience in similar positions. * Advanced user of office software.
