**Job Description:**
At PROMAN Spain, a consultancy specializing in comprehensive Human Resources solutions, we are seeking Laboratory Analysts to join a leading company in the chemical sector, dedicated to flavor manufacturing, located in **Rubí.**
**Responsibilities:**
* Perform physicochemical analyses of finished products, ensuring compliance with quality specifications.
* Conduct analytical controls of raw materials to verify their conformity.
* Record, identify, and manage sample archiving, ensuring traceability and proper storage.
* Perform analytical control of cleaning water in accordance with internal procedures.
* Keep analytical results updated in the Optima system.
* Organize and maintain a clean and functional laboratory, ensuring good laboratory practices.
* Monitor stock levels of reagents and materials required for daily operations.
**Working Hours:**
* Monday to Friday, full-time flexible schedule
* Start time between 08:00 and 09:30
* Minimum 30-minute lunch break
* End time from 16:30 onwards
* Possibility to finish at 14:00 on Fridays, provided the corresponding hours have been compensated during the week. (On one Friday per month, attendance until 17:00 is mandatory.)
**Requirements:**

**Minimum Requirements:**
* Higher Vocational Training Degree in Laboratory Analysis and Quality Control, or a university degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Food Science and Technology.
* Prior experience in physicochemical analysis, preferably in an industrial setting.
* Knowledge or experience in microbiology will be valued.
* Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), food safety, and allergen management.
* Ability to manage multiple analyses and priorities in a dynamic environment.
* Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented individual.
* Analytical skills to interpret results and identify deviations.
* Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
* Proficiency in office software and data management systems.
* Experience in managing and sending samples to external laboratories will be considered an asset.
