We are looking for a proactive, problem-solving, methodical, and organized individual with immediate availability for: * User support via Helpdesk. * Hardware repairs for PCs, POS systems, and laptops. * Software and ERP installations. * Healthchecks. * Network configuration. Requirements: * Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience as an IT technician. * Intermediate Vocational Training degree in Network Systems Administration or equivalent. * Languages: Advanced Spanish / Intermediate English / French will be highly valued.
