Mollet del Valles (Barcelona), Spain Hybrid Working Global tech company founded in 2011 Our mission is to shape the future through technology **The role** We are looking for a **Quality Trainee** to join us and manage all quality\-related activities within the assigned projects during the design and development phase, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and continuous process improvement. **Key responsabilities** * **Requirements \& Compliance:** Obtain, implement, and verify customer Quality and Regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle. * **Customer Interface:** Act as the primary customer window for quality issues, leading 8D analysis, root cause detection, and corrective/preventive actions. * **Process Quality:** Perform internal quality reviews during release/sample cycles (APQP process) and lead internal, supplier, or official certification audits. * **Prototype Management:** Ensure prototype assembly process quality by defining control plans, guaranteeing the quality of delivered parts, managing deviations, and ensuring traceability. * **Metrics \& Reporting:** Generate quality reports, track KPIs, and promote the Lessons Learned process within the project teams. * **Continuous Improvement:** Participate in the definition and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) for general processes and specific SW/HW/MECH development. * **Team Support:** Provide training, coaching, and support to development teams regarding quality procedures and standards. *(\*) The described functions are only the most representative for this position; therefore, they should not be understood as all the inherent functions related to this job position.* **Requirements** * Valuable**:** Knowledge about ISO9001 / ISO13485 / IATF, and tools like DOORS/JIRA/SVN. * Electronic products development (HW/SW/MECH) * Strong analytic and problem\-solving skills. * Good communication skills (both written and spoken). * You are currently studying a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial or similar). ***We are engineering the future***
