Position Summary: We are seeking a Zonal Manager to oversee cleaning services in the Vallès region, responsible for centers, teams, quality control, and incident resolution. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of cleaning services across multiple centers and teams. 2. Use of management software and resolution of incidents with clients. 3. Strong organizational, leadership, and quality-monitoring capabilities. We are looking for a **Zonal Manager** to manage various cleaning services in the Vallès region. **Responsibilities:** Management of centers and teams, scheduling coordination, working hour control, quality monitoring, incident resolution with clients, and daily service management using **management software (Freemática or similar)**. **Requirements:** 5 years of experience in cleaning service or facility services management, experience in multi-center environments and with teams, **proficiency in management software**, strong organizational and leadership skills, Excel proficiency, and a valid driver's license. **We Offer:** Permanent contract, full-time position, company vehicle, stable project, and compensation commensurate with qualifications.
