Requirements:
We seek to hire a Plant Maintenance Supervisor with experience in team management and as an industrial electromechanic.
Preferably holding an FPII or CFGS qualification in Electromechanics or equivalent
Experience in a similar role is desirable.
Ability to manage teams, communicate effectively across departments, and demonstrate high commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and track preventive maintenance work orders per person and shift
- Monitor corrective work orders
- Plan improvement-related work orders for maintenance teams
- Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Manage Mapex: register/unregister equipment, facilities, technicians, purchased items, suppliers, etc.
- Track KPIs for subsequent analysis jointly with the Maintenance Manager, and monitor maintenance costs
- Schedule weekend maintenance tasks
- Manage spare parts inventory
