REQUIREMENTS
* University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Accounting and Finance, or a Dual Degree in Law and Business Administration (or equivalent).
* Minimum 3–6 years of professional experience in business valuation, corporate finance, and/or transactions—either at a professional services firm or within dedicated corporate departments.
* Advanced knowledge in business and company valuation.
* Advanced level of English is mandatory.
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support the Valuation Team within the Financial Advisory department.
* Provide occasional support to Due Diligence and M&A teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Master’s or Postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance.
* CFA charterholder or currently preparing for the CFA exams.
* Knowledge of and experience with asset impairment testing and Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) processes.
* Experience in audit services.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and transition quickly between tasks.
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Capacity to work effectively in dynamic, changing, and multidisciplinary environments.
* Proactivity, motivation, and a collaborative attitude.
* Analytical ability and teamwork skills.

CONDITIONS
* Annual gross remuneration commensurate with qualifications and experience.

* Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00–14:00 and 15:15–18:30 (flexible start and end times); Friday, 8:00–15:00.
