Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced production operator to manufacture cables in an industrial company, managing machinery, work orders, quality, cleanliness, and process improvement. Opportunity to propose improvements in production methods We are looking for candidates with prior experience as a production operator for a company located in Les Franqueses del Vallès. The company specializes in manufacturing cables for various industrial sectors, including heavy vehicles, household appliances, railway applications, and construction. Job responsibilities include machinery preparation, manufacturing orders according to schedule and tracking their progress. The role also involves conducting in-house quality checks, maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area, reporting any discrepancies in documentation or estimated manufacturing times, and contributing improvement proposals for production methods. Additionally, the role includes participation in warehouse inventory tasks. The position offers an initial temporary contract through an ETT (Temporary Employment Agency) with a minimum duration of three months, with potential for indefinite incorporation into the company’s permanent staff. Working hours are intensive and organized in rotating shifts every fifteen days, covering 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00. The work environment is dynamic, characterized by short production runs, and the initial assignment will be to a specific section.
