We are selecting a **Continuous Improvement and Processes Engineer** to join a growing distribution-sector company with **two work centers located in the Ribera Media of Navarre and the Baix Llobregat (Barcelona)**, focused on operational optimization and process excellence.
**What will be your responsibilities?**
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at operational efficiency and process optimization across the two business units \- procurement and services center (Baix Llobregat) and logistics platform (Ribera Media of Navarre).
* Analyze production and organizational processes to identify improvement opportunities.
* Implement Lean Manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement tools.
* Coordinate transformation and organizational change projects across various departments.
* Define, analyze, and monitor operational KPIs.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful implementation of improvements.
* Promote a continuous improvement culture within the organization.

**What are we looking for in you?**
* University degree in Industrial Engineering with specialization in production organization.
* Minimum 5 years’ prior experience in continuous improvement, processes, or industrial environments.
* Additional training in Lean, Six Sigma, or other optimization tools (a "Black Belt" certification will be especially valued).
* Knowledge of and interest in AI and potential implementation areas and processes.
* Willingness to travel to both work centers.
* English language proficiency is desirable.
* Competencies: Leadership and cross-functional coordination skills, as well as analytical ability and results orientation.
