We are looking to bring on board an experienced **Procurement Manager** to join our industrial plant expansion project, focused on the regeneration of used mineral oils. If you are proactive, possess exceptional negotiation abilities, and have in-depth expertise in procurement, this is the right opportunity for you! **About the Role:** -------------------- As Procurement Manager, you will be a key contributor to executing the procurement activities required for our ambitious plant expansion project. Your role will be critical in ensuring the supply of industrial and civil equipment, meeting the highest standards of quality and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** ---------------------------------- * **Procurement Execution:** Lead and execute procurement processes for the industrial plant expansion project, with special emphasis on the used mineral oil regeneration plant. * **Equipment Management:** Manage the acquisition of industrial and civil equipment, including reactors, piping systems, pumps, valves, and other complex equipment requiring detailed technical specifications. * **RFQ/FPQ Processes:** Issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and Formal Proposal Requests (FPQs), and conduct thorough analysis and comparison of received quotations. * **Strategic Negotiation:** Conduct negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal terms regarding pricing, delivery schedules, warranties, payment milestones, and contract drafting. * **Contractual Management:** Negotiate and define contractual terms with various suppliers, ensuring alignment with both project objectives and corporate procurement policies. * **Coordination and Alignment:** Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to maintain continuous alignment with corporate procurement guidelines and policies, acting as functional support. * **Tracking and Reporting:** Rigorously monitor procurement progress against project timelines and prepare and present periodic reports to the Project Manager. * **Supplier Liaison:** Maintain smooth and effective communication with domestic suppliers, as well as international designers and technical partners. **Job Requirements:** -------------------------- * **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in similar roles, preferably within the industrial or plant construction sectors. * **Knowledge:** Solid understanding of the full procurement lifecycle, including RFQ/FPQ processes, bid analysis, and negotiation. * **Negotiation Skills:** Excellent commercial and contractual negotiation skills. * **Supplier Management:** Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships at both national and international levels. * **Technical Knowledge:** Familiarity with industrial and civil equipment, piping systems, pumps, valves, and technical specifications. * **Languages:** Proficiency in English is desirable, given frequent interaction with international partners. * **Competencies:** Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and results-oriented capabilities.
