We are looking for a Laboratory Assistant for a company in Autol specialized in vegetable canning. The position is to cover a temporary assignment with an initial duration of five months, with the possibility of extension beyond this period. The candidate must have specific training in food industries, analysis and quality control, or a related field relevant to the position. Additionally, experience or knowledge in systems such as HACCP, general food safety, Food Defense concepts, and allergen-related matters in products will be positively considered.
