**Ingeteam**, a leading company specializing in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is seeking to hire an **Electrotechnical Design Engineer** to join the Wind & H2 Engineering Department in Sarriguren (Navarra). **Mission:** You will be responsible for performing technical electrotechnical design tasks for the converter product and its prototyping, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to meet both quality and schedule objectives of the assigned project. Among the main **challenges**, the following are highlighted: * Electrotechnical design and prototyping: + Electrical design of the converter using EPLAN + Design of AC and DC filters. + Validation of converters and their associated components. + Coordination of converter design with multidisciplinary teams. + Coordination of prototype manufacturing with multidisciplinary teams. * Participation in innovation workshops with suppliers and production plants **Requirements**: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with specialization in Electrical Engineering * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. * English proficiency level B2 or higher * A Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Renewable Energies, or a related field will be valued. * Knowledge of electromagnetic transient (EMT) electrical models using Matlab, PSCAD, or similar tools will be valued. **We offer** * Integration into an innovative organization that leads in Power Electronics, contributing to the energy model transition and impacting triple sustainability (social, environmental, and economic). * Up-to-date work processes. * An internationally oriented working environment. * Opportunity to gain experience performing dynamic tasks. * Flexible working hours and other work–life balance facilities. * Compensation commensurate with the candidate’s experience. * Permanent employment contract.
