On this occasion, we are collaborating with a global automotive company that is a leader in innovation and advanced technology, managing the incorporation of a key profile into the maintenance team. **Job Mission** Ensure the operability, reliability, and continuous improvement of technical assets within the plant, minimizing downtime, extending equipment lifespan, and contributing to overall operational efficiency. **Responsibilities** * Plan and carry out preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance activities on machinery, installations, and infrastructure. * Diagnose, repair, and document electrical, mechanical, hydraulic/pneumatic failures, as well as manage supply and replacement of components. * Participate in the commissioning of new equipment, installations, or modifications, ensuring their proper integration. * Collaborate in the continuous improvement of maintenance processes by proposing and implementing technical improvements. * Use the maintenance management system (CMMS) to record interventions, generate reports, and statistics. * Ensure all operations comply with safety, environmental, and quality regulations. * **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for?** * Advanced technical education/Vocational Training in Electromechanical Maintenance, Electricity, Mechanics, Automation, or similar fields. * Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in maintenance within an industrial environment. * Solid knowledge of electricity, mechanics, hydraulics/pneumatics, and ability to read technical drawings/schematics. * Proficiency with diagnostic and maintenance tools (manual, automatic, computerized). * Autonomy, analytical skills, initiative, and problem-solving ability. * Teamwork attitude, responsibility, and focus on continuous improvement. * Experience with CMMS, automation, or high-tech equipment is a plus. **What do we offer?** * Salary: 32,000 € to 37,000 € gross/year, depending on experience and competencies. * Direct contract with end client at an automated industrial plant. * Integration into a highly qualified technical team, with real opportunities for training and professional development. * Safe working environment with modern systems and a commitment to innovation and team wellbeing.
