At Vinarchy, we are seeking a person responsible for managing all company activities related to Quality and Food Safety in order to contribute to achieving the company's strategy, while also providing support in Risk Prevention, Operational Excellence, and Environment. In collaboration with the responsible person, you will ensure compliance with company policies regarding quality and food safety. **Main Responsibilities:** * Implement, monitor, and lead external quality and food safety audits for Vinarchy Spain (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, IFS or other certifications), as well as internal group or customer audits. * Conduct risk analysis and assess control measures established in the HACCP plan in collaboration with the Food Safety Team (FST). Evaluate, validate, and monitor the control measures defined in the HACCP plan. * Ensure the proper functioning of prerequisite programs at production sites. * Coordinate and follow up on the company's food defense and food fraud plans. * Monitor, track, and respond to customer complaints, implementing necessary corrective actions for resolution. * Manage supplier non-conformities and follow up on action plans from suppliers of auxiliary materials. * Monitor and prepare reports on quality and food safety KPIs. * Collaborate in audits of external suppliers of auxiliary materials or oenological products. * Conduct internal training on quality and food safety topics. * Assist during health inspections. * Keep updated on current legislation and the level of compliance. * Respect and comply with established occupational safety and hygiene regulations. * Maintain my work environment according to company standards. **Profile:** Essential: * Higher degree in Oenology, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Sciences, Agricultural Engineering, Engineering, or similar fields * Training in ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 * Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles * Experience in the food industry * Intermediate level English Desirable: * Training in Lean Manufacturing, IFS, BRC, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, basic Occupational Health and Safety course * Advanced level English Job type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
