We expect all new hires to exemplify these behaviors. **Your Role at Iberia** The **TMA Short Term Planning** role is responsible for ensuring airworthiness of operational aircraft by managing operational incidents. **Your Challenges** Contribute to achieving LM’s KPIs (Fly Safe, Fly low cost, Fly on time, Continuous improvement \& innovation). Lead the line planning area in maintrol operations and oversee effective execution of the full aircraft maintenance program. Achieve required Routing standards to administer and allocate workload across available resources (materials, tools, personnel). Prevent negative operational impact by avoiding operational delays—and, above all, maintaining all airworthiness standards. Time management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and implement multiple initiatives and workloads under defined deadlines while delivering exceptional customer service. Develop cross-divisional relationships while maintaining open communication channels with the planning team, maintenance stations, maintenance control, engineering, and other project management groups. Ability to effectively prepare and lead meetings, presentations, and conference calls—individually or in groups—to update, inform, or persuade organizational staff, up to senior leadership. Collaborate with other teams—including Engineering, Operators, Maintenance Programs, Quality, Technical Records—to ensure fleet airworthiness. Continuously improve team performance and work processes through feedback, problem resolution, and idea generation—while driving root-cause corrective action for behavioral and operational issues. Ensure planning aligns with available resources for AOG opportunities or aircraft changes. **Your Knowledge** Minimum English level B2 TMA with or without certification Talent at Iberia: We value professionals who serve as role models for customers—and also within their teams.
