**Bakery Assistant** **Contract type:** Part-time contract, based on the business's specific needs. **Weekly working hours: 24 hours,** Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. **Job responsibilities** The selected professional will primarily assist in producing bakery and pastry items in a mechanized workshop under the supervision of a production manager: ingredient preparation, dough mixing, shaping of products, baking; workshop cleaning and maintenance, in compliance with food safety regulations. **Requirements** * Full weekend availability. Availability starting from July. * Punctuality and responsibility, strict cleanliness and hygiene, organizational skills. * Prior bakery experience is not required but will be viewed favorably.
