Order Pickers

Description

We are seeking personnel for order picking in Pinto, Madrid. A temporary contract with biweekly renewals is offered, along with a part-time schedule featuring rotating shifts between 04:00 and 23:00\. The salary is €10.00 gross per hour, with potential integration into the permanent staff and long-term stability. The work environment is inclusive and collaborative, focused on professional growth. Key responsibilities include preparing orders using RF guns and PDAs, organizing and sorting products, verifying quality and quantity, placing and packing goods according to instructions, complying with safety and quality standards, and supporting other logistics tasks as required by the team. Previous experience in order picking, proficiency in RF and PDA operation, availability for rotating shifts between 04:00 and 23:00, ability to perform physical tasks, teamwork skills, proactive attitude, and commitment to safety are required. A forklift operator’s license and basic computer skills are considered advantageous.
