The internship will take place within the **Customer Operations** area, specifically in the Operations Support team, which specializes in operational intelligence and digital transformation. The department focuses on integrating data, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence to optimize customer service processes and improve decision-making in operations. **Training Objectives** This program will enable interns to develop competencies in advanced analytics and artificial intelligence applied to operations: * **Digital Transformation:** Understand how to integrate data, technology, and artificial intelligence into operational processes. * **Data Analytics:** Learn to build actionable business metrics and indicators. * **Model Optimization:** Participate in improving the accuracy of models and analytical workflows. * **End-to-End Development:** Gain familiarity with the full lifecycle of analytical projects, from ideation to implementation. * **Technical Documentation:** Develop skills in structuring and documenting solutions. **Mentoring and Follow-up** The intern will be assigned a specialized mentor who will: * Define a training plan tailored to the intern’s profile. * Support the intern throughout data and AI project development. * Conduct continuous progress monitoring. * Provide periodic feedback to strengthen competency development. **Candidate Profile** **Qualifications:** Degree in Engineering, Business Administration and Management (ADE) with specialization in Statistics/Econometrics, or related fields. **Competencies and Skills:** * Interest in artificial intelligence and data analysis. * Analytical ability and structured thinking. * Results-oriented mindset. * Teamwork capability. **Languages:** * English level B2\. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of statistics. * Proficiency in SQL and Python. * Interest in business-applied artificial intelligence. * Business acumen and impact orientation.
